1. أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ2۔ وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ3۔ الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ4. وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ5۔ فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا6۔ إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا7۔ فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ8۔ وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ

ترجمہ :
(اے محمدﷺ) کیا ہم نے تمہارا سینہ کھول نہیں دیا؟ (بےشک کھول دیا).
اور تم پر سے بوجھ بھی اتار دیا.
جس نے تمہاری پیٹھ توڑ رکھی تھی.
اور تمہارا ذکر بلند کیا.
ہاں ہاں مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی بھی ہے.
(اور) بے شک مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی ہے.
تو جب فارغ ہوا کرو تو (عبادت میں) محنت کیا کرو.
اور اپنے پروردگار کی طرف متوجہ ہو جایا کرو.

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem
- Alam nashrah laka sadrak
- Wa wa d’ana ‘anka wizrak
- Allazee anqada zahrak
- Wa raf ‘ana laka zikrak
- Fa inna ma’al usri yusra
- Inna ma’al ‘usri yusra
- Fa iza faragh ta fansab
- Wa ilaa rabbika far ghab

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
- Have We not expanded thee thy breast?-
- And removed from thee thy burden
- The which did gall thy back?-
- And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)?
- So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief:
- Verily, with every difficulty there is relief.
- Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard,
- And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention.

क्या हम ने तुम्हारे लिये सीना कुशादा न किया (2) और तुम पर से तुम्हारा वोह बोझ उतार लिया जिस ने तुम्हारी पीठ तोड़ी थी (3) और हम ने तुम्हारे लिये तुम्हारा ज़िक्र बुलन्द कर दिया (4) तो बेशक दुश्वारी के साथ आसानी है बेशक दुश्वारी के साथ और आसानी है (5) तो जब तुम नमाज़ से फ़ारिग हो तो दुआ में (6) मेहनत करो (7) और अपने रब ही की तरफ़ रगबत करो (8)
