Surah Al Maun

Recite Surah al maun in Hindi, Urdu, and English, which is the 107th Surah of the Holy Quran. It is a short surah with only seven verses. It is named after Maun, which means small favors.

  الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ , الَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَاءُونَ,  وَيَمْنَعُونَ الْمَاعُونَ

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem

  1. Ara ‘aytal lazee yukazzibu biddeen
  2. Fazaalikal lazee yadu’ul-yateem
  3. Wa la yahuddu ‘alaa ta’aamil miskeen
  4. Fa wailul-lil musalleen
  5. Allazeena hum ‘an salaatihim saahoon
  6. Allazeena hum yuraaa’oon
  7. Wa yamna’oonal maa’oon

Surah Maun In English

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

  1. Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)?
  2. Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness),
  3. And encourages not the feeding of the indigent.
  4. So woe to the worshippers
  5. Who are neglectful of their prayers,
  6. Those who (want but) to be seen (of men),
  7. But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs.

کیا تم نے دیکھا اس شخص کو جو جزا و سزا کو جھٹلاتا ہے ؟

یہ وہی ہے جو یتیم کو دھکے دیتا ہے۔

اور نہ وہ مسکین کو کھانا کھلانے کی تلقین کرتا ہے۔

تو بربادی ہے ان نماز پڑھنے والوں کے لیے

جو اپنی نمازوں سے غافل ہیں۔

یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو دکھاوا کرتے ہیں۔

اور عام استعمال کی چیز بھی (مانگنے پر) نہیں دیتے۔

के नबी ﷺ सलल्लाहो अलैहि वसल्लम क्या आपने उसे देखा है जो क़यामत के दिन को झुठलाता है।  (The Day of Judgment)

यही वह शक्स है, जो यतीम को धक्का देता है। ( इस्लाम मे कहा है कि यतीमों को खाना खिलाओ और उनके सर पर प्यार से हाथ फेरों )

और गरीब और मिसकीनों को खाना नहीं खिलाता।

लानत हो उन नमाज़ियों पर ( जो दिखावा करने के लिए नमाज़ पढ़ते है)।

जो शक्स नमाज़ों को भुला चुके हैं और अपनी नमाज़ों में गफलत करते हैं।

जो मुनाफीक सिर्फ दिखावे के लिए नमाज़ पढ़ते है।

और वे आम सामान भी (माँगने पर) नहीं देते।
